Lejerskar began his career in 1985 at Volvo Aerospace as program manager for the Arianne 5 rocket program for the main engine rocket. He was responsible for the coordination and development between Volvo, MBB, Fiat and SEP. In 1987, he founded PFAB (Projektledning Portugal AB) a subsidiary in Portugal with Escandinavas Ltd. that developed construction and real estate and, as CEO, built the company from a two-person operation to over 300 people. In 1987-1997, he founded and ran Prosolvia Konsult AB, a start-up company which he built to over 600 employees, developing it organically and focusing in the area of numerical simulation to virtual reality and interactive 3D. When he left Prosolvia, its market value was US$512 million.
In 1998, he co-founded EON Reality and also headed RealityBUY.com, a company which developed interactive 3D focusing on development, content and application. The company grew organically to a peak of US$240 million. His awards include Most Accomplished Businessman for the Fastest Growing Company in Western Sweden, 1995-96; Fastest Growing Company in Sweden, 1996; Co-winner with the CEO of Volvo AB of Chalmers University of Technology Daleen Prize and Entrepreneur of the Year, 1997.
Lejerskar holds dual Masters of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science from Chalmers University, Gothenburg, Sweden.
As Co-Founder, President, and CEO Of EON Reality, Mats Johansson has developed partnerships and business with many leading companies worldwide such as Microsoft, HP, Nvidia, Christie-Digital, Atlas-Copco, Suzuki, Lexus, Boeing, Cornell University and Imperial College to mention a few, he also played a key role in the company’s rapid growth. Mats has over 18 years of experience in 3D Interactive Simulation technologies and is widely recognized as a leading innovator in his respective field. Mats specializes in strategic issues surrounding the development and transition of EON’s applications particularly in the aerospace/defense, Education, Energy and automobile sector. He has been regarded as a subject matter expert and has been the program manager/consultant for many different projects such as Volvo Car engineering analysis, as well as Oil and Gas simulation projects in the North Sea.
Mats earned a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University and an MBA in International Business Administration from Gothenburg School of Business.
As CTO, Nils Andersson is responsible for overseeing the direction of EON Reality’s innovative Virtual Reality technologies globally. Nils started his career in 1991 at SAAB SPACE working as an electronics hardware engineer for the European Space Station. Shortly after, he began his 20+ year career as a software engineer at Enera, where he worked on the GPS-based tracking of vehicles during 1992 – 1995. At the Swedish camera maker Hasselblad, Nils was responsible for their Windows software for media handling database services during 1995 – 1997. At Clarus AB, Nils was a team leader in the development of 3D software between 1997 and 1998.
Nils became CTO at EON Reality in 1999, and currently leads the company’s technology into the future. Nils is also responsible for the Swedish branch of EON Reality, including the core development team and the Nordic market. Nils has also taken an active role in building up the R&D team in EON Reality’s Singapore office, as well as the EON Reality Entrepreneur School in Manchester, UK.
Using agile development methods, Nils leads the core development team efficiently to develop future products for the interactive 3D market. Nils and his team have developed strong, collaborative relations with technology partners Texas Instruments, NVidia, and Vicon to ensure the smooth integration and delivery for EON Reality’s newest technology.
Nils received his Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering specializing in Computer Engineering and Science at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg Sweden.
Sridhar Sunkad is responsible for overseeing EON Reality’s APAC and Middle Eastern markets, along with the R & D charter for developing 3D virtual learning solutions in those regions. Mr. Sunkad has also managed subsidiary operations of EON Reality’s Singapore office since 2008, where EON Reality has become recognized as a key stake holder in developing the Interactive Digital Media IDM ecosystem.
Mr. Sunkad began his career in 1996 at Clarus AB Gothenburg , Sweden as project co-coordinator for developing the Asian markets. He was responsible for the development and coordination of channel partners in Asia, a responsibility which led to developing an innovative & flexible out-sourcing product development model with software companies based in Bangalore India, also known as Indian Silicon valley. In 1999, Mr. Sunkad joined EON Reality as a founding team member in Irvine, California. From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Sunkad was based in Chicago, Illinois driving the Midwest accounts while managing the channels growth for Asian markets.
Mr. Sunkad graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from BMS College, India, and studied for his Masters Degree at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg Sweden. In his spare time, Mr. Sunkad enjoys mountain climbing and other outdoor extra circular activities.
