Singapore,  October 24, 2013 – EON Reality, the world’s leading interactive 3D software provider for businesses and education, has today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City (GKC) during a ceremony in Singapore involving leading foreign and Singaporean companies.

The MoU outlines the plans for the California-based company to participate in the development of creative and culture industries in SSGKC through the establishment of EON’s Interactive Digital Centre (IDC) in the Guangzhou Knowledge City. The IDC will offer EON Reality’s advanced 3D technologies, management, products and services in key areas such as education, edutainment and industrial application areas.

Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City was incorporated in Guangzhou on 13 September 2011. The 50-50 joint venture company was established by Singbridge International Singapore Pte Ltd and Guangzhou Development District Administrative Committee (GDD) to be the master developer of the Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City (GKC) – developing the 6.12 sq km Start-Up Area (SUA) as the first phase, and subsequently the rest of the 123 sq km GKC in stages.

The incorporation event was officiated by Mr. Wang Yang, Member of Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Secretary of the CPC Guangdong Committee; Mr. Huang Hua Hua, then-Governor of Guangdong Province; and Mr. Wong Kan Seng, Chairman of Singbridge International Singapore Pte Ltd – amongst a host of eminent dignitaries.
