pam boyers
Pamela J. Boyers, Ph.D. is the Senior Advisor to the Chancellor for the Advancement of Interprofessional Education and Executive Director of the Center for Clinical Simulation, and is also Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at The University of Toledo (UT). Dr. Boyers is responsible for the strategic development of the new University of Toledo Interprofessional Immersive Simulation Center. Prior to her appointment at UT, she was the Designated Institutional Official (DIO), Executive Director and Chief Academic Officer, for the Center of Medical Education and Innovation TM, at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus Ohio and she was Director, Medical Humanities Program, and Assistant Dean for Student Affairs at The Ohio State University, College of Medicine. Dr. Boyers was born in England where she completed her undergraduate education and became a registered nurse. She received her Ph.D. in Counseling & Education from The Ohio State University, College of Medicine.
Joe Cheben
Mr. Cheben has an established career spanning more than 30 years working at ExxonMobil, the world’s largest publicly traded international oil and gas company, and has been responsible for a wide variety of assignments covering plant operations, safety training, technology research, and project development. He received both his bachelor’s and master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Manhattan College, New York in 1975 and 1976, respectively, as well as his Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston, Texas in 1982.
Mats Johansson
Mr. Johansson has over 18 years of experience in 3D Interactive Simulation technologies and is widely recognized as a leading innovator in his respective field. He has been regarded as a subject matter expert and has been the program manager/consultant for many different projects such as Volvo Car engineering analysis, as well as Oil and Gas simulation projects in the North Sea. Mr. Johansson earned a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University and an MBA in International Business Administration from Gothenburg School of Business.
Dan Lejerskar
Mr. Lejerskar began his career in 1985 at Volvo Aerospace as program manager for the Arianne 5 rocket program for the main engine rocket.  In 1987, he founded PFAB, a construction and real estate company, and he built the company from a two-person operation to over 300 people. Simultaneously (1987-1997), he founded and ran Prosolvia Konsult AB, a start-up company which he built  to over 600 employees, developing it organically and focusing in the area of numerical simulation.  In 1998, he co-founded EON Reality. Lejerskar holds dual Masters of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science from Chalmers University, Gothenburg, Sweden.
Anna Razumejeva
Anna Razumejeva is EON Reality`s Global Business Development Director and Director of EON Learn for Life Program. In 2012-2013 she was crucial to the success of EON`s Global Tour Initiative which visited over 55 countries. She has intensive international business experience, with primary focus on expanding strategic relations and develop strong business relations around the globe, especially the CIS countries. Anna earned a Master’s degree in Hospitality from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia in Moscow.
Brendan Reilly
Brendan Reilly is the Business Development Manager at EON Reality for the United States (Western region) and Canada, and is also the Director for EON Reality Sports. His focus is on expanding EON Reality’s presence in the areas of Energy, Education Workforce Development, Aerospace, Defense, Sports, Entertainment, and Medical sectors. Brendan’s professional background is rooted in sports and the business of sport having worked as a collegiate basketball coach at Illinois State University. While at Illinois State he received his Master’s Degree in Sports Management. After serving as an assistant at Illinois State he went and worked in the front office with the Kansas City Royals in Major League Baseball before joining EON Reality.
Walt Scacchi
Walt Scacchi is senior research scientist and Director of Research at the Institute for Virtual Environments and Computer Games, both at University of California, Irvine. He received a Ph.D. in Information and Computer Science at University of California, Irvine in 1981. From 1981-1998, he was a professor at the University of Southern California. Dr. Scacchi returned to UC Irvine in 1999. His research interests include open source software development, knowledge-based systems for modeling and simulating complex engineering and business processes, computer game culture and technology, developing decentralized heterogeneous information systems, software acquisition and electronic commerce/business,and organizational analysis of system development projects. Dr. Scacchi has been a member of ACM and IEEE for the past 30 years. He is an active researcher with more than 150 research publications. He has directed 45 externally funded research projects. He also has had numerous consulting and visiting scientist positions with more than 25 firms or institutes, including three start-up ventures. Ken Swain
Mr. Swain began his career at Alias|Wavefront in 1995 as Enterprise Service Manager. In 2002 he started his own company, Design Academy Ltd and worked with interactive 3D design, real time 3D simulation based learning, development, and communication. Mr. Swain joined EON Reality in 2011 as a Business Development Director and a year later he became the Managing Director for EON Reality’s European HQ Hub in Manchester, an interactive research and development center.
Richard Terrile
Dr. Rich Terrile is an astronomer and the director of the Center for Evolutionary Computation and Automated Design at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory. He has a Ph.D. in Planetary Science from the California Institute of Technology and has developed missions to Mars and to the outer solar system. Dr. Terrile discovered four moons around Saturn, Uranus and Neptune and took the first pictures of the planetary system orbiting around the nearby star Beta Pictoris. His other interests include planetary rings, planetary geology, evolutionary computation and the development of medical instrumentation for tissue identification during neurosurgery.
Michael Yap
Mr. Yap is the Founder and Chairman of Skyvest Ltd, a venture investment company. Prior, he was the Deputy CEO at Media Development Authority (MDA), Singapore where he had oversight of all regulatory, licensing and policy matters related to media. Concurrently, he was the Executive Director of the national Interactive Digital Media (IDM) Program Office chartered to develop the new media sector in Singapore. He is Professor at both the National University of Singapore (NUS) and the Nanyang Technological University (NTU).
