EON Reality’s Dubai team was invited to participate in the HCT booth at the WorldSkills Asia event in Abu Dhabi, at the end of November to showcase some of products such as the EON Icube, the HTC Vive, zSpace, and EON-XR.

The world championships of vocational skills, WorldSkills is held every two years on different continents and brings together young students, industry experts, government officials, education professionals, and many others to promote the benefits of skilled trade professionals. EON Reality’s presence at this event helped demonstrate the immense benefit of training skilled laborers with AR and VR applications and the impact the technology can make on entire industries.

In addition to the large number of students and professionals to visit the EON Reality booth during the three-day event, the Minister of Artificial Intelligence, His Excellency Omar bin Sultan Al Olama, and the Minister of Climate Change & Environment, His Excellency Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi also stopped by to try the EON Icube Mobile Apache application — which allows users to experience hands-on training with virtual planes, engines, and more in a safe environment. Their Excellencies were also briefed on the VR Innovation Academy and how EON Reality is training future generations of students in the UAE to become professional VR and developers.
