An accomplished entrepreneur with a proven track record in identifying and capturing new business growth opportunities, Bridgeman has vast knowledge of mobile, e-commerce and online media technologies and industries.
In 2003, he co-founded a mobile software development company with just £4k. He grew this organically to Europe’s number one mobile conversion studio and subsequently achieved a multimillion pound exit within 18 months of start-up.
In 2005, Bridgeman became MD for I-Play Macclesfield, the 3rd largest mobile games publisher in the world. A year later, he was promoted to Global Director of Mobile Conversion and QA, where he managed and directed over 150 employees worldwide. In 2007, Bridgeman initiated and established the formation of I-Play International SRL in Romania. He was instrumental in developing the I-Play offshore software development and QA facility in Bucharest, reducing the company’s operating expenditure by 7 figures per annum.
In 2009, I-Play was acquired by Oberon Media, and the deal remains one of the largest private-to-private merger and acquisition transactions in the mobile sector. Bridgeman has been involved in the Virtual Reality sector since early 2015.
