After a very short introduction to the objectives and the resources of IDC France, Mr. Sullivan experienced the different virtual reality equipments, together with Victor Vitelli, Cultural, Public and Commercial Affairs at the US Consulate in Lyon, and Bernard Caillot, President and Founder of the “Cercle d’Etude et d’Amitié France USA”. They showed a particular interest in the interactive 3D training applications, especially applications related to the aerospace, medical and energy sectors. They liked even more the immersive EON Icube and spent quite a lot of time navigating from a business jet interior to a typical Portuguese village or from a roller-coaster to an oil & gas application.
Mr. Sullivan was very pleased to see the very close relationship between EON Reality, a US company headquartered in California, and the local and national stakeholders: public authorities, Universities, scientific laboratories, and local companies.
